In February of 2015, the Board of the E.S.O.P. temporarily added ‘Genesis’ to our name to signify change. It’s a new beginning for us and our membership. We’ve always been vocal advocates for what’s right, but we wanted to once again dedicate ourselves to being community servants.

The E.S.O.P. is comprised of both Civilian and Commissioned Employees in jurisdictions in St. Louis City and St. Louis County.

The E.S.O.P. is community driven. We seek equality within our community and the Police Departments we serve. You can often find our members serving our community in some manner. It’s simply, what we do best. What we love.
